What we will do
- Our thrilling tour begins with a visit to the picturesque market of*Lau Pa Sat, an interesting location with its characteristic octagonal shape with colonial style ornamental columns, which, since 1973, have been considered a national monument. Here, we are able to appreciate the culinary and ethnic diversity of Singapore, passing by the various places which offer the city's most loved dishes, such as *laksa*, crab cooked with red chilli pepper, **fish head curry* and roti prata, a type of Indian focaccia, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside (tasting not included).
- Our tour will later head to the "Corner House" Restaurant: a two-storey black and white bungalow built in 1910 where you will taste the best food of a 3 Star Michelin Chef Jason that with his gatro-botanica cuisine will delight you. This place evokes the romance of a special historical location, it thrills with superb gastronomy and marks a return to grace and hospitality that will be cherished and remembered.
- After this plush lunch, we will return to the cruise terminal, holding onto the memory of unique flavours and fascinating views.
