Is responsible for supervising and coordinating Call Center activities. Assists in customer service issues, including problem solving and E- commerce communications with travel partners. Supports departments and Call Center sales agent to assure the highest level of satisfaction. Position involves supervising a team of Reservation Agents, frequent contact with persons inside and/or outside the Company, of substantially higher authority, requiring considerable resourcefulness, tact and a thorough knowledge of complex Company policies, practices, and procedures, frequent contact with customers. Education: Equivalent to a four year U.S High School education. Experience: Previous experience of two year in a similar context/position is required. Special Service Coordinator (SSC01)
This position fully supports their Travel Partner / Accounts. Responsible for the follow-through & coordination of all special service activities & dining for all groups, incentives and special accounts. Education: Associates Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years related work/career experience. Personal Skills: - Teamworker. - Highly organized with ability to multi-task several accounts at one time. - Customer service and sales skills a must. - Follow-up skills mandatory. - Ability to work independently as needed with limited guidance. - Good phone etiquette and ability to problem solve.
