How do I become a CostaClub member?
Joining CostaClub is free and easy – all you need to do is take a Costa cruise. Simply complete a membership application onboard or enroll online at www.costacruises.com.  Registration forms completed onboard will be processed and become valid within sixty days following the end of that cruise.
How do I accumulate CostaClub points?
Accumulating points is as simple as taking a cruise.  For each cruise you book, your membership application is automatically credited with new points. Every night spent on a cruise is worth 100 points so a 7-night cruise will earn you 700 points.  You also earn points for onboard expenses.  For every $60 spent, your membership is credited with 40 points. (Not included in the calculation of points are expenses paid for on board by the member but registered on the personal cruise card of a different person, even if they share the same stateroom.) Before long, you'll be elevated to the next level enjoying  even more advantages with Costa. 
What should I do to ensure I receive CostaClub discounts & privileges?
To make the most of all the privileges reserved for you both on and off the ship, please make sure your membership number is always entered in your booking.  Please remember that discounts are applicable exclusively at the time of booking.
How do I renew my membership in CostaClub??
Membership in the Club lasts for three years and is renewed automatically for another 3 years every time you purchase a Costa cruise.  Please remember to keep your home address and email address up to date so that you can keep receiving the latest news from CostaClub.
How can I find out how many points have been credited to my account?
There are two ways you can find out: visit www.costacruises.com and log in (registration required) or send an email to costaclub@us.costa.it. If there is a discrepancy and you believe you should have more points than you have been credited, please let us know. We ask that you either send us a fax to 954-266-2100 or write to us at CostaClub, Costa Cruises, 200 South Park Road, Suite 200, Hollywood, FL 33021-8541. You should provide us with copies of tickets and receipts of expenses onboard for all cruises for which you believe you have not been credited. Be sure to include your full name and CostaClub card number. We will review your request and if there has been an error, we will correct it.
How are point credited to my CostaClub membership card?
For CostaClub members, points are added automatically 30 days following the end of every cruise.
What happens if I lose my card?
The membership card number links to the world of CostaClub privileges and benefits. Simply visit our website at www.costacruises.com, click on CostaClub and register by creating a username and password or login if already registered. You can also call 1-888-81-COSTA and when you take your next cruise you will find a new card in your stateroom.
Will I be able to receive my Card onboard, even if I didn’t quote my CostaClub Membership Number when booking?
Certainly, just quote your CostaClub Membership Number directly to the CostaClub representative at the CostaClub Point or contact the Information Office onboard the ship.
How can I take advantage of privileged boarding if my CostaClub Card is given to me onboard the ship?
First of all, remember that privileged boarding is reserved for Coral and Pearl members only. Check that your membership number and your level of membership (C = Coral, P = Pearl) are shown on your cruise ticket. Then present your ticket to the hostesses at the Customer Service desk to collect your priority pass. Always ensure that your travel agent enters your CostaClub Membership Number when booking. All your travel documents will thus bear your CostaClub details and you will be sure to receive all the privileges to which you are entitled onboard.

If I compile the CostaClub membership request aboard the ship during my first cruise, will I be entitled to the CostaClub privileges? When will I receive the CostaClub Card?
Your membership request, if made on board, will be processed within 60 days of the end of the cruise, and will thus become effective after your cruise has finished. You will receive a welcome letter with your Membership Number and your Club of membership. Your CostaClub Card will be delivered directly to your cabin on your next cruise, when you will be entitled to the CostaClub privileges for the first time.
If I compile the CostaClub membership request aboard the ship and I have already been on Costa cruises, will I be entitled to the CostaClub privileges?
If you have already been on Costa cruises, your Club membership will take effect immediately if the cruises that you have taken are present in our database. This check will be made onboard the ship by the CostaClub representative.
What benefits does the Early Booking Fare offer CostaClub members on the purchase of a cruise?
As a Costa Club member you will be entitled to an extra discount on a selection of cruises that will be advertised during the year.  The discount applies to the Early Booking Fare or the best available fare at the time of booking.
How are the CostaClub discounts calculated?
All CostaClub discounts are applicable to the cruise portion of the fare and not to insurance, port taxes, airfares, transfers, government fee’s, fuel supplement surcharge, or shore excursions.  The validity of other offers to be used in conjunction with the 5% discount must be checked.  CostaClub discounts are only recognized at the time of selecting/booking your cruise through the validation of your Membership Number.  You cannot make changes to a booking at a later date and receive retroactive discounts.  The discounts can be used by members according to the limit of available places for each cruise.
