CostaClub Card

Upon embarkation, you will find your card in your stateroom.
The card has the following functions:
- CostaClub membership card
- “credit card” for all onboard purchases
- identification document (boarding pass) for entry and exit to the ship
- stateroom key on the Costa Atlantica, Costa Concordia, Costa Fortuna, Costa Magica, Costa Mediterranea and Costa Serena.

Remember to carry it at all times during your cruise. If you should lose your card during your cruise, contact the ship’s Information Office immediately.
Once your cruise is over, the CostaCard remains your CostaClub membership card.

Always provide your Membership Number when selecting/booking your cruise. This
is essential in order to be entitled to all the CostaClub benefits.


	What happens if... I change my level of membership? You will find your new Card in your stateroom when you take your next cruise. In the meantime you will receive confirmation by letter of the change and, of course, your gift for attaining the level to Coral or Pearl Club. What if I can’t remember my Membership Number, have lost my Card and want to book my next cruise? You can obtain your membership number by visiting the CostaClub area on www.costacruises.com or by calling 888-81-COSTA.
